About the Role:
Join Jarme Home and Healthcare Services as a Data Analyst and Record Management professional, where your analytical skills will help us enhance our healthcare services in the Bronx, NY. Responsibilities:
- Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and improve service delivery.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to streamline data collection processes.
- Generate reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
- Implement data management best practices to enhance data integrity.
- Support the development of data-driven strategies for operational efficiency.
- Assist in training staff on data management tools and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all data handling processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Health Informatics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or record management, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.
- Previous experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
