Position Summary
Directs and coordinates customer service activities of establishment to install, service, maintain, and repair items sold, leased, or rented with service contract or warranty by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Responsibilities
· Perform all scheduling functions associated with assigned patients.1. Verify benefits 2. Review financials with patients 3. Schedule clinic appointments 4. Schedule sleep study appointments 5. Schedule DME appointments· Work on the point of contact for all patients assigned.· Log all updated and patient information in Master Referral Log.· Answer patient questions during and after care.Adjusts errors and complaints.May have to communicate or interact with, assess, or treat Sleep Safe, LLC's customers that may be: Paediatrics (1 - 17 years of age)Adults (18 - 64 years of age)· Seniors (65 years or greater
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· The ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with varying priorities, works well under pressure and within deadlines and gives great attention to detail.· Proficient knowledge of computers, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.· Reading Comprehension. Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents. The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing and type.· Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.· Excellent judgement and creative problem solving skills. Self-reliant, results-oriented.· Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives.· Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management, the board of directors, and staff
Qualifications
· Bachelors’ degree (BA) preferred but not required· Medical terminology experience

· Working Conditions: Office setting with a forty-hour (+) workweek. Work includes pressure generated by deadlines, peak workload periods and frequent interruptions.
· Physical Demands: Constant talking or hearing, use of vision, use of standard office equipment, typing on a computer, performance of repetitive motions, use of manual dexterity/motor skills. Frequent sitting, walking, stooping and kneeling. Infrequent leaning, or twisting. Rarely crawling, climbing, balancing, use of heavy machinery, or lifting heavy objects above twenty-five (25) pounds.
