What You’ll Do

As a Market Leader, you will act as a strategic business owner for your assigned market, leading multi-unit restaurant operations and developing future leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Business Performance & Profitability

• Own and achieve sales, profit, and P&L targets across multiple locations
• Analyze key metrics and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs
• Deliver consistent results in high-volume, fast-paced environments

Build & Develop High-Performing Teams

• Recruit, coach, and retain top-tier Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) and leadership talent
• Create robust succession plans and develop future leaders
• Foster a performance-driven, accountability-focused culture

Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

• Champion best-in-class service standards : speed, accuracy, quality, and cleanliness
• Ensure every restaurant delivers a consistent, high-quality guest experience
• Drive a customer-first mindset across all teams

Lead Operational Excellence

• Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Optimize labor management, scheduling, and cost controls
• Conduct regular restaurant visits, coaching leaders to elevate performance

Create a Winning Culture

• Inspire teams to live Church’s mission, vision, and values
• Promote engagement, recognition, and team development

What You Bring

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience (QSR/restaurant industry preferred)
• Proven success managing P&L, labor costs, and operational metrics
• Strong track record of talent development and team building
• Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional service
• Data-driven decision-making with strong business acumen
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college or industry training preferred)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems
