Job Description:
Kelly is seeking a proactive and dependable Assembly Worker to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or production environments and will play a key part in ensuring high-quality output and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement, taking corrective action as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.
• Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
• Build and assemble displays for retail stores according to specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools as necessary, including minimal and infrequent use of a panel saw.
• Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work setting.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools (panel saw use is light and rarely required).
