Product Designer

A founding Product Designer at telli will own the full design process for an AI-first B2B SaaS product. You’ll work directly with customers, shape core UX decisions, and ship high-quality features with engineers, laying the foundation for a scalable product as our first full-time designer. This role requires you to balance ambitious AI-driven workflows with approachable, non-technical user experiences. What youll do Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and design solutions that solve their problems. Own the design process end-to-end for new features. Identify new AI product opportunities, design concepts, and build prototypes with our customers. Create new intuitive interfaces that work in an AI-first world where traditional UI patterns don’t apply. Work side-by-side with engineers to ship high-quality features quickly. What telli is looking for 3+ years of experience in product design teams. Has worked with software engineers in a collaborative way and has a basic understanding of technical topics. Portfolio on CV. Pragmatic; technically capable of understanding trade-offs and accepting imperfect implementations. Has done customer interviews before or developed a product based on customer feedback. Has developed products with direct business impact. Touchpoints with AI/LLMs and a desire to build software in an AI-native way. Proficient using tools like Lovable, V0, Figma Make. Strong cross‑functional collaboration with engineering and product teams. Ideally experience designing UX/UI for software, especially at early-stage startups building B2B SaaS.
