Responsibilities Reporting to the General Manager, oversee approximately 15–20 crew members and ensure proper execution of restaurant operations on assigned shifts. Provide guests with a great dining experience and uphold service and quality standards. Support the General Manager and collaborate with other Restaurant Managers and Hourly Supervisors. Work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays with rotating schedules. Focus on employee selection, retention, continuous operational improvement, understanding profit and loss statements, operating plans, and costs. Demonstrate a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and exhibit Denny’s Principles and Values in all interactions. Qualifications Management experience. Strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
