Registered Nurse - Med/Surg

Provides direct patient care in the Medical-Surgical unit, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities. Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Documents patient progress and responds promptly to changes in condition. Ensures a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for recovery.
