Landscaping Account Manager

Exclusive provides recurring landscape maintenance services to corporate campuses, universities, office parks, retail centers, light industrial properties, and homeowners associations. POSITION OVERVIEW Exclusive is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Orlando branch as an Account Manager. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients while managing daily service operations. This position requires a combination of team leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of the landscaping industry. RESPONSIBILITIES Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships by fostering proactive communication with all stakeholders. Deliver excellent customer service by educating clients on horticultural best practices and correcting problems proactively. Conduct landscape quality assessments and provide recommendations for property enhancements. Assist clients in property improvements plans and annual budgets. Operations Management: Lead a team of 12-25 employees organized into 3-5 landscape maintenance crews. Manage daily operations to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Collaborate with the company’s enhancement, irrigation, agronomy, and arbor care divisions to ensure seamless execution of all services provided to the customers in your portfolio. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in customer account management within commercial landscaping or a related industry. Operations management experience within the commercial landscape industry. Excellent communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred. Conversational Spanish language proficiency a plus. Appropriate industry certifications (NALP, irrigators license, applicators license, etc) a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
