Affordable Housing Leasing Specialist - LIHTC & Resident Relations

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for an affordable asset. The role requires on-site presence, understanding Fair Housing laws, and knowledge of applicable programs. You will greet prospective residents, tour communities, close leases, and maintain accurate leasing data.
