Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate discharge planning and order necessary durable medical equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC for patient documentation and care coordination
• Ensure compliance with CMS regulations and facility policies
• Participate in utilization review and case management activities

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of acute hospital experience
• Experience in ICU, MS, PICU, SDU, PCU, IMC, Obs specialties required
• BLS certification required
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
• Previous case management and utilization review experience
