Job Title: Med/Surg RN – Day Shift

Location: Tuba City, AZ

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule:
• Day Shift | 3x12 Hours
• 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN to provide quality patient care in an acute care setting serving a diverse patient population. The RN will deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and discharge planning
• Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and safety protocols
• Deliver compassionate care to patients of all ages

Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of acute or sub-acute nursing experience required
• Active unrestricted RN License required
• BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA required
• TCAR certification required within 6 months of hire
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 6 months of hire
• Experience with Allscripts EMR preferred

Additional Information:
• Holiday coverage required
• Orientation every 2 weeks
• Shared housing available based on availability
• No pets or family allowed in shared housing
