Location: William Penn Inn Gwynedd, PA Pay: Starting at $12.00 per hour to $14.00 per hour (based on experience)

The William Penn Inn is a historic and well-loved dining destination known for elegant service and timeless hospitality. We are currently hiring Hosts/Hostesses to warmly welcome guests and ensure a smooth and organized dining experience. This is a great opportunity for friendly, outgoing individuals no restaurant experience required!

Position Overview

As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests. You'll greet them with a smile, manage reservations and seating, and assist in coordinating the flow of the dining room. You'll work alongside a supportive front-of-house team to provide exceptional service from the moment guests walk in.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Manage reservation system and waitlist
• Answer guest inquiries and provide accurate wait times
• Communicate seating flow and guest requests with dining room staff
• Keep the host stand and entrance area clean and organized
• Assist with menus, special requests, and guest accommodations

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be available Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings
• Reliable, friendly, and well-spoken
• Comfortable standing and walking for the duration of shift
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• No previous restaurant experience required training provided!
