Requirements 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education 2+ years of leadership experience Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop sales professionals and direct reports Ability to lead a customer-focused sales culture and drive measurable growth Ability to analyze performance, identify strengths and opportunities, and execute action plans Independent judgment and critical thinking skills Ability to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment Experience managing and coaching across affluent, high net worth, and business customer segments Ability to identify complex financial needs and build relationships with customers, internal partners, and community stakeholders Ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology and digital banking solutions Knowledge of banking laws and regulations, compliance controls, operational risk management, and loss prevention Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays Ability to travel in the assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months and prior to or up until placement in a specific branch SAFE registration required at the time of employment; Wells Fargo initiates the process after the start date Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo policies regarding financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background Credit report may be reviewed and additional ongoing screening may apply Position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in driving sales growth and developing a high-performing branch team while managing operational risk and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
