Outpatient Physical Therapist - Orthopedic Focus

This is a long-term contract position with an immediate start date.

5-day work week with 8-hour shifts.

The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans based on individual patient needs and physician direction. The role emphasizes creating functional treatment programs that facilitate patients' return to community activities. The therapist will also serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and colleagues, ensuring the delivery of superior quality care aligned with organizational values and compliance standards.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient care accurately and timely, complying with all regulatory guidelines.
• Provide supervision and education to students and new staff as applicable.
• Participate in continuous professional development and maintain licensure in good standing.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
• Foster a safe environment for patients and staff according to safety protocols.

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active physical therapy licensure for the state in which you will be working.
