The Opportunity:
This is a pivotal leadership role at a Level II Trauma Center , overseeing a high-impact portfolio that includes:
- Emergency Department
- Critical Care
- Stepdown (DOU)
- Pre-Hospital Services
You’ll report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and work alongside an accomplished team of five direct-report managers. This is an opportunity to:
- Drive innovation and best practices across emergency and critical care services.
- Enhance quality outcomes , operational efficiency, and regulatory readiness.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing clinical culture .
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees required, one of which must be in Nursing; Doctorate preferred .
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role .
- Proven ability to lead complex clinical operations and drive performance improvement.
- Understanding of California nursing laws.
