Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with department needs and standards of practice. Key Responsibilities Assess and manage patient pain, perform procedures, and document care accurately. Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs to ensure exceptional care. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications to promote understanding and self-management. Qualifications And Skills RN license and Associate Degree. Certifications including Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), NIH Stroke Scale, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Additional trauma and emergency care certifications as required. Ability to collaborate with medical providers and care teams, demonstrating compassion and professionalism.
