Overview Excellent project manager position for commercial properties in Davie, FL. Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Responsibilities: Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Manage costs in order to meet budget Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors Manage construction schedule and activities Experience and Skills: 5-7 years of experience with construction project management Project size experience 500K to 4M.
