Job Description
- Selecting or Identifying Areas/Test cases for Automation.
- Proficiency with Tricentis Tosca, including experience with modules, test cases, and test design.
- Experience with model-based testing concepts.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
- Create test case templates, modules, and libraries within the Tosca framework.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working with developers to resolve them.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and improve software quality.
- Integrate Tosca with CI/CD pipelines and other development tools like Jenkins.
- Understand the fundamentals of Kubernetes and how to test applications deployed on AWS's managed Kubernetes service.
- Monitor test execution and report on test results.
- Participate in test planning and strategy sessions.
- Continuously improve automation frameworks and processes.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices.
- Experience with API testing and SQL is often required.
- Experience with Agile and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Interacting with client to solve issues and update status.
- Good interpersonal skills in managing client.
- Good coordination with client & offshore team.
