URGENT HIRING – Bilingual Leasing Professionals | Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
Penn Apartment Staffing is urgently hiring experienced Bilingual Leasing Professionals (English/Spanish) to support apartment communities throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex .
If you have multifamily leasing experience and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For
Qualified candidates should have:
- Previous multifamily leasing experience (required)
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong sales and closing abilities
- Experience conducting apartment tours, processing applications, and assisting residents
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced leasing office
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- An active Texas Real Estate License is preferred but not required
