Location: 4330 W Chandler Blvd Ste 1, Chandler, AZ 85226 The Opportunity Our HVAC Service Technicians are customer-focused, technically skilled, and motivated to earn. Compensation & Benefits On-Target Earnings: $80,000–$250,000 average annual earnings (performance-based) Health insurance (including a 100% company-paid option) Dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match PTO 6 paid holidays + 1 floating birthday holiday Company vehicle + gas card Company-paid cell phone & tablet What You’ll Do Service residential HVAC systems throughout the Phoenix metro area Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC issues Perform maintenance, service repairs, and system enhancements Advise homeowners on system upgrades and replacements Communicate clearly with customers and vendors Order parts and maintain company equipment Respond to warranty and emergency service calls Make emergency repairs to minimize system downtime Preferred Qualifications ⁠3+ years of residential HVAC experience Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Experience with Service Titan (preferred) EPA Type II Certification NATE Certification (preferred) Master Heat Pump Certification (a plus) Inverter system familiarity (preferred) Requirements 3+ years of residential HVAC experience Basic hand tools required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background and drug screening (per state & federal law) Schedule Year-round work Monday–Friday, Rotating weekends and on-call Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
