THE OPPORTUNITY

Our HVAC Service Technicians are customer-focused, technically skilled, and motivated to earn. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

* On-Target Earnings: $80,000–$250,000 average annual earnings (performance-based)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Service residential HVAC systems throughout the Phoenix metro area
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC issues
• Perform maintenance, service repairs, and system enhancements
• Advise homeowners on system upgrades and replacements
• Communicate clearly with customers and vendors
• Order parts and maintain company equipment
• Respond to warranty and emergency service calls
• Make emergency repairs to minimize system downtime

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• ⁠3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Experience with Service Titan (preferred)
• EPA Type II Certification
• NATE Certification (preferred)
• Master Heat Pump Certification (a plus)
• Inverter system familiarity (preferred)

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Basic hand tools required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening (per state & federal law)

SCHEDULE

• Year-round work
• Monday–Friday,
• Rotating weekends and on-call
