HVAC Installer I

Description Overview: We are seeking an HVAC Commercial Installer – Piping responsible for installing and assembling piping systems, including chilled water, condenser water, and refrigerant piping. This role ensures that all installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angles using appropriate tools and equipment. Perform brazing, soldering, and welding on piping systems as needed. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate installation. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to complete installations efficiently. Pressure test piping systems to identify and repair leaks. Install and support HVAC equipment such as chillers, boilers, air handlers, and pumps. Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and company policies. Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and meet quality standards. Provide guidance or mentorship to apprentice installers when assigned. What You\'ll Bring Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of commercial HVAC installation experience, with strong piping background. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred. Certifications: EPA Universal Certification required OSHA 10 or 30 preferred Welding or brazing certification a plus Skills: Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and piping installation methods Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments Working With Our Company Our company takes pride in being a trusted provider of residential and commercial air conditioning and plumbing services.
