Position Details Occupational Therapist (OT) Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care setting Responsibilities Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and therapy team members Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge plans in accordance with regulations Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and equipment Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Occupational Therapists (NBCOT) Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives If you’re passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
