Director of Family Office Operations A growing multi-family office is seeking an experienced Director of Family Office Operations to support ultra-high-net-worth individuals, founders, and entrepreneurial families. This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for coordinating complex financial, operational, and planning matters across multiple disciplines. Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day execution of family office services Coordinate estate, tax, investment, cash flow, and liquidity planning Manage trusts, LLCs, partnerships, and complex entity structures Serve as the primary point of contact with CPAs, estate attorneys, investment advisors, bankers, and trustees Prepare client presentations and planning materials Oversee planning workflows and ensure timely execution Proactively identify opportunities and resolve issues for clients Qualifications 8+ years of experience in a family office, multi-family office, trust company, or UHNW wealth management environment Experience working with founder-led or entrepreneurial families Strong knowledge of estate planning, tax coordination, investments, trusts, and entity management Highly organized with excellent communication and project management skills CFP, CPA, CFA, or JD is a plus, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
