Compare results of physical audit with Business system records to determine variance. Recount items with questionable variance. Post all variances to correct inventory levels Perform audit of one LIFT tray per month. Perform Quarterly audits of QA Cage and inventory held offsite. Report weekly progress of cycle counts and accuracy level to Finance Manager. Transact and physically dispose of obsolete, slow moving, and quality inventory on an as needed basis.
