Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and respond to clinical changes with appropriate interventions. Administer medications, manage IV lines, and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as directed by the team. Collaborate with physicians, techs, and ancillary staff to coordinate timely, safe patient care and disposition. Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately; communicate patient needs and changes to the care team. Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and privacy while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Active Registered Nurse license (state-specific or eligible to practice in Iowa) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification ER nursing experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency department environment Strong communication and teamwork skills High level of clinical nursing competence with sound clinical judgment Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week Dedicated support throughout the assignment Travel assignment management provided by the hiring organization Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
