Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)At Konza Prairie Community Health Center, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our integrated care team. This is a full-time opportunity to provide patient-centered care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.As a vital member of our care team in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), you will support the delivery of outpatient primary care alongside providers, behavioral health professionals, and fellow clinical staff.
