We are seeking aVice President of Growth Marketing, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, to lead and scale our demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and go-to-market strategy in alignment with sales and customer success. As a critical member of the leadership team, you will drive revenue growth-oriented marketing programs through data-driven campaigns, ABM strategies, and marketing automation.

The ideal candidate has proven experience building high-performing demand generation engines at early-to-mid-stage start-ups. Deep experience in B2B SaaS , a track record of buildinghigh-performing teams, and the ability to work cross-functionally to optimize the revenue funnel are essential to the role.

What You’ll Own and Drive

Own the marketing pipeline and revenue targets , integrating demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and digital-first pipeline creation to support Betterworks’ ambitious growth goals.

Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel demand generation programs , including digital marketing, ABM, and events.

Continuously measure and optimize marketing performance to improve ROI and ensure alignment with sales objectives.

Partner with Product Marketing to create compelling messaging that resonates with CHROs and Talent leaders, including purchase decision influencers including the CFO and HR IT.

Collaborate with Sales, Field Enablement, and Customer Success to develop deal support strategies that accelerate deal velocity and improve customer expansion.

Leadership & Team Development

Mentor and scale a high-performing revenue marketing team across demand gen, digital, and field marketing.

Foster a culture of continuous experimentation, innovation, and accountability.

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across channels.

Who You Are

10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role driving pipeline growth.

Deep understanding of modern marketing funnels, data analytics, and revenue marketing motions —including always-on digital demand gen and multi-threaded ABM approaches.

Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing marketing teams that deliver measurable revenue impact.

Strong expertise inmarketing automation (HubSpot), ABM (6Sense,) CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex funnel metrics and optimize conversion rates.

Experience working directly in the HR technology space is preferred.

Exceptional storytelling and messaging expertise; able to translate complex solutions into compelling business value for Talent leaders.

Hands-on and strategic; a leader who canset the vision and execute with precision.

Ability to manage a distributed team across time zones, spanning the West Coast to the UK.
