Portfolio Compliance Risk Surveillance Analyst (Hybrid)

About the Role PGIM Fixed Income, a division of PGIM Inc., is seeking a Portfolio Compliance Risk Surveillance Analyst. The Portfolio Compliance Risk Surveillance Analyst is a member of the Investment Guidelines Team, embedded directly in the PGIM Fixed Income business and interacts daily with Trading, Client Services, and Operations. The team ensures that PGIM Fixed Income portfolios are managed in accordance with regulatory, internal, and contractual requirements using BlackRock Solution’s Aladdin platform. Responsibilities Monitor automated fixed‑income portfolio investment guidelines using Aladdin and perform manual checks when required. Research potential violations by partnering with Data, Client Service, Portfolio Management, and Operations teams. Prepare client certifications and other reporting as needed. Respond to ad‑hoc compliance requests regarding portfolios and trading. Lead or support transformation projects to improve compliance processes. Qualifications Knowledge of financial markets and the ability to learn the nuances of fixed‑income markets. Interest or experience with BlackRock Solution’s Aladdin system or comparable technology such as advanced Microsoft Excel (including VBA), SQL, Python, or Perl. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Understanding of key business risks, marketplace, and regulatory environment. Experience leading organizational transformation in areas of effectiveness and improvement. Understanding of customer needs and challenges. Ability to collaborate in a fully inclusive and transparent manner.
