Senior Recruiter - Sales & Corporate Functions

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join a growing team and manage full-cycle recruiting across Sales and Corporate functions. This position will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop recruiting strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales recruiting, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment, along with experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance and Human Resources. This role requires a recruiter who is confident partnering with senior-level leaders, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable taking ownership of the recruiting process from intake through offer. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned business areas Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Conduct intake meetings to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring plans Recruit primarily for Sales roles, along with Finance, HR, and other corporate functions Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates Build and maintain strong, diverse candidate pipelines Coordinate interviews and manage the offer and closing process Provide market insight and recruiting guidance to hiring managers Maintain accurate and timely candidate information within the ATS Track and report recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, candidate conversion, and offer acceptance Ensure recruiting activities follow company policies and applicable employment regulations Provide a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process Manage approximately 10-15 open requisitions at a time Required Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment Recent and significant experience recruiting for Sales positions Experience recruiting within a technology or SaaS organization Proven experience recruiting across multiple corporate functions, including Sales, Finance, and HR Experience partnering directly with Sales leadership and senior executives to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with senior-level stakeholders Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills Workday experience required Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and KPIs, including time-to-fill, pipeline generation, candidate conversion, offer acceptance, and hiring manager satisfaction Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Strong understanding of current recruiting and hiring trends Preferred Qualifications Previous people leadership or team lead experience Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical positions Familiarity with technical terminology and recruiting within technology organizations Proven ability to influence hiring decisions and provide strategic recruiting guidance to leadership What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on recruiter who can build strong relationships with senior leaders while also managing the day-to-day details of a high-volume recruiting workload.
