Senior Structural Engineer

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000/year (Based on Experience) Is this your perfect fit? Our client is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to support the design, analysis, and execution of projects within heavy industrial, manufacturing, chemical, and refinery environments. What your future day will look like: Perform structural engineering calculations and develop design solutions for industrial facilities and infrastructure projects. Prepare and review structural drawings, plans, and construction documents for accuracy and quality. Lead select single-discipline projects by developing scopes of work, estimating hours, coordinating resources, and reviewing deliverables. Collaborate with engineers, designers, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while effectively handling changes throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct field visits, installation reviews, inspections, and troubleshooting activities as needed. Present engineering concepts and technical recommendations to project teams and clients. Apply innovative problem-solving skills to develop practical and efficient structural solutions. Experience performing structural analysis, calculations, and developing construction documents. EIT certification will be a plus Proficiency with AutoCAD and an interest in utilizing Revit and BIM-based design tools. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally to project sites.
