In this role, you’ll be at the center of patient care translating physician orders into safe, effective therapies while working alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.\nIf you thrive in a setting where accuracy matters, standards are high, and your expertise truly makes a difference, this role is for you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDeliver Exceptional Patient Care\n\n Prepare and dispense medications by interpreting provider orders and ensuring therapeutic accuracy and safety\n Compound, package, and label pharmaceuticals in compliance with USP standards\n Monitor patient drug therapies and proactively recommend interventions when appropriate\n Provide clear, confident pharmacological guidance to healthcare professionals and patients\n\nLead & Collaborate\n\n Organize and oversee pharmacy workflow, including technician preparation and labeling\n Verify order entry, charges, inspections, and final product accuracy\n Support and develop pharmacy staff through training, mentorship, and clinical education\n\nEnsure Compliance & Quality\n\n Maintain full compliance with state and federal regulations (Board of Pharmacy, DEA, FDA)\n Manage controlled substances, including documentation, inventory control, and auditing\n Stay current on new and evolving legislation and advise leadership on regulatory impact\n Uphold infection-control protocols and maintain a safe, clean pharmacy environment\n\nAdvance Professional Excellence\n\n Maintain up-to-date knowledge of USP 797/800 requirements and best practices\n Participate in continuing education, professional organizations, and clinical programs\n Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team-wide success\n\nWhat You Bring\nCore Competencies\n\n Strong analytical skills and sound clinical judgment\n Excellent verbal communication and collaboration skills\n Deep understanding of pharmacology and FDA regulations\n High attention to detail with a strong quality focus\n Proven ability to manage processes and maintain compliance\n Commitment to USP 797/800 standards and best practices\n\nWork Environment\n\n Pharmacy-based role using standard office and pharmacy equipment\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\n Ability to stand and walk for extended periods\n Frequent use of hands for handling, compounding, and verification tasks\n Regular verbal communication with staff and healthcare professionals\n\nEducation & Experience\nRequired\n\n PharmD\n PA Pharmacist Licensed\n 1 year of related pharmacist experience\n\nPreferred\n\n 3–10 years of related experience\n Strong working knowledge of USP 795/800\n\n\nAAP/EEO STATEMENT\nThe pharmacy provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
