Service Advisor

Service AdvisorReporting to our Service Manager, the Service Advisor will oversee our service department ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. A large part of this role will be customer service however, this person will also be responsible for much of the service staff. Those duties include management of time inventory, enforcing company policies and standards, and compliance with state laws and regulations. We strongly prefer someone with experience however, it is not required. Want to know what it's like to be part of the Palmen family?Responsibilities (not limited to):Oversee service orders and flow of Service Drive LanesEnsure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective serviceTake ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customerProvide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer have the best experience possibleEnsure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customersAnswer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairQualifications:Valid driver’s license and a clean driving recordWilling to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screenDealership experience as a Service Advisor strongly preferredCDK knowledge a mustStrong time management skillsHere at Palmen Auto Stores we live and work in the community.
