Shop Technician – RV Roofing Systems

Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday | No Weekend Work

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shop Technician to join our growing team specializing in the installation of sprayed seamless roofing systems for RVs and motorhomes. This is a full-time, indoor position offering consistent weekday hours in a clean, professional shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Remove existing roofing materials from RVs and motorhomes.
• Prepare roof surfaces for the installation of seamless spray-applied roofing systems.
• Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with the installation and finishing of roofing systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Keep shop tools, equipment, and work areas clean and properly organized.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
• Perform other shop-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, construction, skilled trades, auto body repair, maintenance, or a related hands-on field preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools.
• Experience with spray equipment is a plus but not required—we will train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Leadership mindset with a willingness to take initiative and help others succeed.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required and work on ladders or elevated work platforms when necessary.
