Physical Therapist Assistant

Pride Health is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to support our client's healthcare facility in Waynesville, NC.

Job Details: Schedule: Mon to Fri, 8 am to 5 pm Location: Waynesville, NC Job Type: Local contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay Range: $41.5/hr on W2 Mileage Reimbursement between patient visits

Duties:

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions in patients' homes.
• Follow treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises, mobility, transfers, balance, and functional activities.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Maintain patient safety and follow home health policies and procedures.
• Meet the 30-point weekly productivity expectation.

Requirements:

• Education: GED and High School
• License(s): Active North Carolina PTA License – Required
• Certification(s): PTA
• Years of experience: 2 years
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: Home Health experience – Required
