We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Coordinator to join our team working on a confidential client data center project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to ensuring a safe work environment and will be responsible for guiding the team towards best safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe work environment.

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on the construction site.

• Provide guidance and support to team members regarding safety protocols.

• Collaborate with the project management team to address safety concerns and incidents.

• Maintain records of safety-related activities and incidents.

• Conduct safety training sessions and workshops for team members.

Essential Skills

• OSHA 30 certification.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Safety Coordinator in the construction industry.

• Proficiency in first aid and CPR.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities are a significant advantage.

Work Environment

The role is based on a construction site, requiring adherence to safety protocols and regulations. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic and challenging work environment, focused on maintaining high safety standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goose Creek, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
