Construction Inspector

LaBella Associates is currently seeking experienced Construction Inspectors to join our team in Geneva, NY. The role focuses on high‑quality project delivery within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities The Construction Inspector is responsible for construction observation and documentation on specific project site locations. This position is based out of our Geneva, NY office but travel to field locations on a regular basis is expected. Responsibilities also include construction document interpretation, field report preparation, and record document preparation. Salary Salary Range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour – the specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. Qualifications Prior relevant work experience and knowledge of roads, stormwater utilities, water and sanitary sewer line installations, and storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) inspections. Minimum 3–5 years of Construction Inspection experience, or a 4‑year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and minimum 1–3 years of Construction Inspection experience. Knowledge of erosion and sediment control installation and maintenance OSHA 10‑hour certification, preferred. Microsoft Office experience a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional certification requirements may be necessary.
