Overview Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. We emphasize every individual—both those we serve and our employees—by ensuring we know and care about our staff. Little Champs ABA is a truly locally owned business started and overseen by BCBAs who understand and appreciate the direct therapy work that RBTs do everyday. RBTs are supported and can always speak with their supervisors about concerns or questions. Benefits Top competitive wages Paid Time Off Supervision and mentorship for those pursuing BCBA certification Health, Dental, Vision insurance Hourly Wages $25-35/hour Qualifications and Skills Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required) High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts Reliable transportation Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities Desire to learn and work independently at times Duties Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community. Help learners gain life skills that increase their independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills). Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors. Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes to inform decisions made by BCBAs. Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
