What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for inpatient and outpatient procedures across multiple clinical locations
• Conduct preoperative patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and evaluating risk factors
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to develop individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia during various surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Monitor vital signs, anesthesia depth, and patient response intraoperatively
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery, pain control, and immediate postoperative care
• Document all procedures accurately in EPIC EMR, ensuring compliance with hospital standards
• Support staffing needs during periods of shortage and participate in a rotating schedule
• Maintain ongoing professional development and certifications (BLS, ACLS, CRNA license)

What You Need

• Valid Michigan RN license and CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience (not accepting new graduates)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to travel across multiple locations within the system
• Candidates open to H1B and J1 Visa sponsorship
