Compensation:

$125,000 - $195,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Generate and nurture leads to build a robust client base.
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process with confidence and clarity.
• Collaborate with mentors to refine your skills and strategies.
• Utilize proven systems to manage transactions efficiently from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Stay informed about market trends to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect and communicate effectively.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes with ease.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal and professional goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Commitment to continuous learning and personal development through training and mentorship.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with the Sioux Falls real estate market is a plus but not required.
