Job Title: Security Officer Environment: Mall / Retail Outlets Location: Saugus, MA Pay: $16.73/hour Requirements: Must possess valid driver's license

GENERAL JOB DUTIES

Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site. Heavy foot traffic location – looking for officer engagement and responsiveness with employees / customers Interior Patrols, on foot to inspect building and grounds. Exterior Patrols, in company vehicle. High level of observation skills. Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, clients, and management. Observe, report, and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity. Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site.
