Job Description Job Description Job Opportunity: BCBA Clinical Supervisor Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee exceptional ABA services for children and young adults diagnosed with autism. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs. Develop tailored treatment plans that address individual goals. Analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Supervise and support behavior technicians to ensure the delivery of effective, evidence-based practices. Provide training and resources for parents to enhance their involvement in the treatment process. Collaborate with educational institutions and healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to care. Maintain adherence to best practices and ethical standards in all aspects of service delivery. Qualifications and Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Experience in providing ABA services, particularly with children and young adults. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and treatment evaluation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
