Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Details Position: RN - Med Surg Openings: 3 Start Date: 08/27/2026 Contract Length: 8 Weeks Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Hours: 36 hours per week Must be available to work weekends and holidays Charting System: Orchid Client Interview Required Requirements Minimum 1 year of acute care Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience in a Level 1 Trauma Facility Active RN License AHA BLS Certification MAB or CPI Certification LA City Fire & Life Safety Card (LA City only) Proof of COVID and Seasonal Flu Vaccination Additional Information Potential to float between DHS facilities Daily timesheets signed by facility administration Solid color scrubs required Facility may cancel up to 2 shifts per pay period Orientation is held every Thursday Onboarding typically takes approximately 3 weeks and candidates must be cleared by LA County before starting Requirements: Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices. Full command of the English language, both verbal and written. Current Health Certificate (per facility contract or state regulation). Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. One year prior professional nursing experience preferred. Current BLS card.
