The Role

We are looking for passionate, dynamic, and fashion-conscious Part-Time Retail Sales Associates to join our store team. As the face of Cole Buxton, you will deliver an elevated customer experience, act as a brand ambassador, and maintain the aesthetic standards of the retail environment.

This role requires someone who lives and breathes menswear, appreciates garment construction and luxury craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience & Engagement
• Welcome and engage every customer with warm, professional, and knowledgeable service.
• Provide expert styling advice, guiding clients through collection concepts, fits, and fabrication details.
• Build organic relationships with repeat clients to foster long-term brand loyalty.

• Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
• Maintain pristine visual standards across the floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom in line with brand guidelines.
• Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, returns, and inventory counts accurately.
• Assist with stock intake, replenishment, tagging, and organizing inventory efficiently.
• Brand Advocacy
• Stay up-to-date with new product drops, campaign launches, and brand history.
• Represent the Cole Buxton aesthetic through personal presentation and enthusiasm on the shop floor.

Who You Are

• Experienced: Previous experience in premium, luxury, or high-end streetwear retail is preferred.
• Passionate: Deep interest in modern fashion, menswear, and Cole Buxton’s brand ethos.
• Communicative: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Proactive & Reliable: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and the ability to work independently or as part of a tight-knit team.
• Flexible: Comfortable working peak retail hours, including weekends, key product drops, and holidays.
