Field Service Technician

As a factory-trained Field Service Technician, you will provide specialized machinery repairs to customers and end users.Essential FunctionsPerform mechanical repairs on equipment.Conduct field service calls for new product start-up and equipment repairs.Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, online networks, and in person.Communicate with customers to troubleshoot and help them understand product usage.Address customer issues related to product usage.Handle requests for replacing defective parts.Collaborate with programmers and engineers on system and machine issues, ensuring fixes are received and tested.Complete, maintain, and process relevant paperwork and records.Assist in final testing of new products to meet quality requirements.Travel is required - 50%.Other DutiesThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required for this position.
