Job Opportunity

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist with CT experience to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA. This position involves working in an Oncology Center with a daily caseload of approximately 25 patients per day.

Shift Details

The role requires a Day shift from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM, operating on a 5x8-hour schedule. Guaranteed hours for this contract are 40 hours per week. There is no on-call requirement, and travelers will not be expected to float between units.

Qualifications

• California State License is mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiation Therapist.
• Certifications required:
  
  
  • BLS
  • ARRT
  • ARRT (T) - Radiation Therapy
• Experience with Varian 21 EX/iX equipment is essential.
• CT experience, specifically with Siemens equipment, is required.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in ARIA and experience with EPIC charting systems.
• Skills in Adult Acute Care, Custom Molds, Tumor Localization, and External Beam Therapy.
• Knowledge of Radiation Safety and precautions.

Additional Information

Scrubs will be provided, and parking costs will be covered by the facility. As a traveler, you may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities if necessary.

COVID-19 and Flu Vaccination

COVID-19 vaccination is not required. Flu vaccination status is currently unknown.

References

Two references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years are required prior to the start of the position.
