As a General Manager, you're running the business. You'll lead and develop your team, hire and train great people, manage scheduling and staffing, control food and labor costs, maintain high operational standards, and build sales in your local community.

What we're looking for: dependable leaders with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, good people skills, and the desire to succeed. Restaurant management experience is a plus, but we're also interested in proven leaders who are ready to take the next step.
