Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at an industrial manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, team leadership, plant safety, and capital improvement projects to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor maintenance teams, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation technicians.
Oversee preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, utilities, and plant infrastructure.
Develop strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Manage contractors, spare parts inventory, maintenance records, and purchasing activities.
Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and cost improvement initiatives.
Lead root cause analysis, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
Support process safety activities, including PHA, LOPA, and pre-start-up safety reviews.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Maintenance and engineering experience, preferably in chemical or high-hazard manufacturing.
Maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance, reliability, and repair practices.
Experience managing maintenance teams, contractors, and capital projects.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in chemical processing or industrial manufacturing.
Welding or Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) certification.
Experience with capital project planning, cost estimation, and project management.
