Warehouse Associate Job Description:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by accurately receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete customer orders for shipment or pickup by accurately loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping products.
• Receive incoming shipments by unloading, inspecting, labeling, and storing inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently while meeting productivity standards.
• Perform routine inventory counts and assist with inventory control processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation or inventory logs.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Warehouse Associate Job Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer or handheld scanner experience is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all company policies.
