Full Time Dental Hygienist Position

Position $7,500 Welcome Bonus Included! Deer Creek Dental is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Location 2941 Highway K, O'Fallon, Missouri 63368 Work Schedule Open to part‑time or full‑time, you choose! Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Missouri Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required) Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation CPR certification Preferred Experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health Clinical flexibility as required by office Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and standing Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the office/doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation TB test required prior to starting employment (standard requirement) Equal Employment Opportunity At Heartland Dental, we’re committed to living our core values which promote diversity and inclusion.
