Parts Counter Specialist – Lexus of Henderson

You will be responsible for assisting technicians with ordering parts, suggesting part options, maintaining inventory, and ordering parts. Job Responsibilities

• Assist all technicians, guests, other internal customers, and vendors with necessary parts orders
• Suggest companion part requirements and ensure exposure to the full product line
• Pull parts purchased from inventory and maintain accurate bin counts
• Order parts and accessories from Lexus and approved after-market suppliers
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all payment transactions
• Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of parts counter experience
• R&R (ERA) experience is a PLUS 
• Successful retail and cash handling experience
• Basic knowledge of automobiles 
• Is legally able to work in the United States
• Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability

Pay: Salary plus commissions based on department productivity
